The Quality Assurance Department features 479 square feet of climate controlled area.  All inspections and in-house calibration processes are performed within this environment.  We provide quality from prototype to manufacturing.

Our quality department is equipped with a Starrett RGDC 2828-24 Coordinate Measuring Machine with a fully motorized PH9 head.  We also have a DEA Scirocco 9.20.7 DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine with Renishaw PH10MQ/TP200 probing system.These machines are supported by state of the art Brown and Sharpe PC-DMIS PRO equipped with Datapage RT statistical processing software, providing our customers with quality parts adhering to the outlined specifications.  We also have a Mahr Formtester MMQ44 with Form-PC measuring software.
