Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Department is climate controlled.  All inspections and in-house calibration processes are performed within this environment.  We can provide quality parts for one piece prototypes to multi-run manufacturing products.

Our quality department is equipped with:

• Starrett RGDC 2828-24 Coordinate Measuring Machine with a fully motorized PH9 head

• DEA Scirocco 9.20.7 DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine with Renishaw PH10MQ/TP200 probing system

• Mahr MMQ400 Roundness & Formtesting Machine with FormPC measuring software

These machines are supported by state of the art Brown and Sharpe PC-DMIS PRO equipped with Datapage RT statistical processing software.  Providing our customers with quality parts adhering to the outlined specifications. 

The Quality Assurance Department maintains the following systems:
